By using this website, purchasing a package, submitting onboarding information, or communicating with DroneClear Thailand, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Disclaimer.

DroneClear Thailand is an independent onboarding support platform focused on helping travelers prepare more clearly for drone registration and compliance in Thailand. DroneClear Thailand is not a government authority, regulator, airline, insurance company, or legal advisory service, and is not affiliated with CAAT, NBTC, or any government agency.

DroneClear Thailand provides structured onboarding support, preparation guidance, insurance coordination support where applicable, and onboarding-related communication based on current operational knowledge and registration preparation experience. Approval decisions, processing times, operational permissions, and registration outcomes remain subject to authority review, third-party providers, submitted information, and applicable requirements.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and truthful information during onboarding and communication. Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable drone laws, airline rules, insurance requirements, operational restrictions, and local regulations in Thailand and during travel.

Service fees cover onboarding work, preparation support, coordination, communication, operational handling, administrative processing, and onboarding-related assistance regardless of authority approval outcome, processing delays, registration rejection, travel disruption, airline restrictions, weather conditions, operational restrictions, or changes in regulations or authority interpretation.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once onboarding work, preparation handling, document review, coordination, communication, or administrative processing has started, service fees may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the operational work already completed. A minimum administrative fee may be retained for payment processing, administrative handling, and initial operational review, even where a partial refund is approved. DroneClear Thailand reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the specific situation and operational handling already performed.

Insurance setup support, where offered, may involve communication or coordination with suitable licensed third-party providers. DroneClear Thailand is not an insurance company or insurance broker and does not directly issue insurance policies or guarantee provider acceptance, coverage approval, or policy issuance.

DroneClear Thailand reserves the right to refuse, pause, limit, or terminate onboarding or communication in situations involving abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, false information, regulatory concerns, operational risk, or inappropriate conduct.

Users must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
